I Might Be a Prophet

You are the bride and not the bridegroom. It is up to ME to sustain you and MY promise is to keep you. Your efforts to control what is outside of your spiritual jurisdiction will exhaust you eventually. I AM the vine and you are the branches.

You are doing the right thing, but you need to do the right thing, the right way. How you arrive at the mountain top is more important, than achieving the summit. The win must be met, within the guidelines, I have set or you will be disqualified.

Many have placed winning higher, than pleasing ME and have lost focus in the interim. Winning without MY Spirit is losing and the temptation to cut a corner, bend the truth or run at a lesser speed is hard to resist, when others in your peripheral are successful.

To run your race fairly, efficiently and honestly is what makes your win more valuable. When the honor comes and it is guaranteed, if you follow MY path, then the reward can be accepted with a clear heart and a clear mind having no remorse. You can rightly receive, because you have rested in ME.

Galatians 6:7-10
Do not be deceived, God is not mocked [He will not allow Himself to be ridiculed, nor treated with contempt nor allow His precepts to be scornfully set aside]; for whatever a man sows, this and this only is what he will reap. For the one who sows to his flesh [his sinful capacity, his worldliness, his disgraceful impulses] will reap from the flesh ruin and destruction, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. Let us not grow weary or become discouraged in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap, if we do not give in. So then, while we [as individual believers] have the opportunity, let us do good to all people [not only being helpful, but also doing that which promotes their spiritual well-being], and especially [be a blessing] to those of the household of faith (born-again believers).
