#20 – Humble Yourself

Have you surrendered? Are you still working within your own power? Reasoning and strategy can only go so far. It is the anointing that destroys the yoke. The yoke of pain, bondage and fear exist in the spiritual realm and require spiritual warfare.

Use your weapons of praise, worship, the word, prayer, intercession and serving to defeat the enemy. Where I am sending you, there will be conflicts, these are your assignments. To find a resolution in the most difficult situations, to find peace when all have chosen war.

It is easy to make war or to avoid conflict altogether, it is difficult and requires a shrewdness to make peace. A Peacemaker is a divine role that uses skill, strength and a cunning power to establish a peace that can only come from the heavenly’s.

Surrender to the Peace Making power that I have placed inside you. Your plan is good, but a plan formed and forged by MY Spirit can be wielded to dash a mighty blow against the adversary’s strongholds.

1 Peter 5:6-11
Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. Resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world. And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you. To him be the dominion forever and ever. Amen.
