There is an echo, an echo of your past defeats. Do not listen. The old man is gone, dead, the new man is rising. You are different now and you will never be the same again. You are a new being: new mind, new heart and a fresh anointing.
It is a time to prune: people, passions and circumstances that hinder your progress. It will not be easy, but it will be necessary. Trust me to complete a perfect work in you. What some have said about you is true, but I AM Truth.
If you only knew the plans, I have laid up for you. It would overwhelm you. It would be beyond your capacity to handle, it would actually blow your mind. What I have for you, has been stored away, waiting for the day you are ready.
Let the echoes of your former failures, become the sound of a bugler’s horn calling you to attention and to begin operating in a mighty warfare for your new life, new hope and new dreams.

Therefore consider the members of your earthly body as dead to immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and greed, which amounts to idolatry. For it is because of these things that the wrath of God will come upon the sons of disobedience, and in them you also once walked, when you were living in them. But now you also, put them all aside: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and abusive speech from your mouth. Do not lie to one another, since you laid aside the old self with its evil practices, and have put on the new self who is being renewed to a true knowledge according to the image of the One who created him – a renewal in which there is no distinction between Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave and freeman, but Christ is all, and in all.
