#49 – MY Image and MY likeness

I want you to push past the shame and be obedient. You have placed your gifts and assignments on a back shelf, because you did not feel worthy. Men have limited who you are and limited who I have called you to be.

Well before the issues, the errors, the mistakes, the failures and the shame, you were mine. Being foreknown in the womb means that MY Glory is not something you are hoping to achieve, but the redeeming of something lost.

Tap into your birthright and tap into the one, that loves you incredibly and is incredulous about your infirmities. Your flaws, nor your imperfections and not even a single short comings are too hard for ME.

When I look to you all I see is beautiful, all I can see is MY Image and MY likeness. I see a son and a daughter, not the mistakes or the failures. All that I see and have hoped to see is MY prodigal child returning to the home built for them.

2 Corinthians 5:1-5
For we know that if the tent that is our earthly home is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. For in this tent we groan, longing to put on our heavenly dwelling, if indeed by putting it on[a] we may not be found naked. For while we are still in this tent, we groan, being burdened—not that we would be unclothed, but that we would be further clothed, so that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life. He who has prepared us for this very thing is God, who has given us the Spirit as a guarantee.
