I chasten those I love and rebuke MY beloved, not to harm, but a cutting for the pruning. I do not dispense justice, I am justice. I am not fair, I am sovereign and I am righteous. What the world sees as failure, is MY divine process working for you.
This divide between two truths has made you lukewarm. You desire the prize and despise the process. You demand a level of grace that you rarely bestow. You want to eat the meat, but do not participate in the hunt.
How can you expect to reap peace and sow war? You have been indoctrinated by the worlds values and are a wonder in your own eyes. You pray for forgiveness and offer none. You seek places of high honor, while hiding a low self esteem.
You have traded an eternal vision for a carnal one. I want you to return to ME, by removing the foreign objects from your eyes, so that you can see ME, yourself and others correctly. Your sight has been poor and resulting in a poor vision.
Hebrews 12:6-8
For the LORD disciplines those he loves,
and he punishes each one he accepts as his child.” As you endure this divine discipline, remember that God is treating you as his own children. Who ever heard of a child who is never disciplined by its father? If God doesn’t discipline you as he does all of his children, it means that you are illegitimate and are not really his children at all.
