#111 – Owning a Wounded Heart

There is power in owning a wounded heart. Many look to you for help and for comfort. Your words and behaviors have been an elixir for others and you are a rock to many, but in your hour of need they abandoned you.

The carnal nature inside you will resist acknowledging the pain and you have masked the injury, by trying to appear strong. This is a lie and a false form of strength, that is exhausting and difficult to manufacture.

It is time to admit the hurt, because this is the only way healing can begin. Allow ME to mend the hidden wounds, to fix the broken heart and make you whole again. I AM an expert in this, I AM a resurrecting GOD.

Judas was one of MY very own, yet he betrayed ME for a few pieces of silver. He traded MY heart for MY hand and the eternal for the temporary. You too have a Judas and you must endure those that betray you. This is your cross.

Psalms 34:15-34
The eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous and his ears toward their cry. The face of the Lord is against those who do evil, to cut off the memory of them from the earth. When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.
