Adam was charged to create. The 1st thing he was asked to do was name the animals. I gave him a problem and Adam used creativity to solve it. He first thought, decided and then spoke. I trusted him to use, what I placed in him.
The same creative power rests in you. This is your birthright. Whether complaining or praising, angels are dispatched, based on what you, the most valued creation utters. It becomes life, from your lips. I gave this power to no one else.
Be careful and strategic with your words, because they have power. You can shape an environment with your words, you can build and destroy with your words. You can invoke life or death with your words. You can deter or deploy with your words.
Speak to shape beautifully, speak to build intricately and speak life, definitely. Speak life into every situation that is not conforming to image of Christ, your career, your relationships, your finances and your health. First Think, then Decide and finally Speak.
James 3:3-6
When we put bits into the mouths of horses to make them obey us, we can turn the whole animal. Or take ships as an example. Although they are so large and are driven by strong winds, they are steered by a very small rudder wherever the pilot wants to go. Likewise, the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark. The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole body, sets the whole course of one’s life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell.”
