It is time to leave, you have allowed fear to inhibit your growth and have remained in a small place for too long, afraid to move. You have been afraid to start all over, to leave what you know and to leave your comfort zone.
Growth in your current environment, has become stagnant. The date has expired on your gifting there and it is spoiling. Rot will set in, if you do not move. The new space of anointing is available, but it is currently vacant.
The vacancy is hindering the growth of another, because you are in their designated space, This disobedience has a cascading domino effect and the choice for what is familiar is causing a backup, that is occluding a free moving of the spirit.
All that I do has purpose and a plan. Each role is in concert with many others and through obedience MY Kingdom flows, to the benefit of a tapestry of souls. Before your mother’s womb this purpose and this plan was laid.
Genesis 26:22-24
He moved away from there and dug another well, and they did not quarrel over it; so he named it Rehoboth, for he said, “At last the Lord has made room for us, and we will be fruitful in the land.” Then he went up from there to Beersheba. The Lord appeared to him the same night and said, “I am the God of your father Abraham; Do not fear, for I am with you. I will bless you, and multiply your descendants, For the sake of My servant Abraham.”
I Might Be a Prophet 
Wow! Another good one. Deep 🤔 but what if the stagnation is not from being disobedient but from a lack of understanding of the divine cascading? Sure fear might have a place, but most of us have no understanding of God’s concerting of the tapestry of souls. 🙏🏾
