#161 – I Am Jealous for You

Your situation is not a calamity, it is a divine intervention. You have been humbled, to be reset and refocused in order to reestablish your priorities. There is but one priority, MY perfect will, it is the essence of life.

I Am removing, the false sources of strength, peace and wealth. I removed them, so that you could recall the real Source, the True & Living God. You have been enamored with much, busy doing much and consumed doing much.

Your affections are diverted and questions must be answered. Are you too busy for your Father? Have you forgotten the sources: The source of the well, the source of the light and the one who has given you breath daily? Have you forgotten the one that protects your life?

The blessings bestowed have become more important than ME. Your heart is in what you worship with your time and attention. This cannot be, I will have no other God’s before ME, I Am jealous for you and for your affections.

Deuteronomy 5:8-10
“You must not make for yourself an idol of any kind, or an image of anything in the heavens or on the earth or in the sea. You must not bow down to them or worship them, for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God who will not tolerate your affection for any other gods. I lay the sins of the parents upon their children; the entire family is affected—even children in the third and fourth generations of those who reject me. But I lavish unfailing love for a thousand generations on those who love me and obey my commands.
