#202 – Look for the Light

I made you to be a light. To be an extension of the good news, to add value to each individual and situation you touch. Turn your defenses and the ability, to be offended, off. Hear without prejudice.

Live in the light and the new mercies of a new day. You will be amazed, as you abide in and look for the light, that you will always find it. Continuously, remind people of the light in them, because it is always there.

Shift the atmosphere with your presence and refuse to be merely impressive. Choose to be an impression of love, light and life. Every heart and every mind is desperate for this.

Inside of your ordinary, is another soul’s extraordinary. A simple act of kindness, a smile or a sincere greeting can restore hope. The full capacity of the love and light, that you carry, cannot be measured.

Luke 11:34-36
Your eye is the lamp of your body. When your eyes are good, your whole body also is full of light. But when they are bad, your body is full of darkness. Be careful, then, that the light within you is not darkness. So if your whole body is full of light, with no part of it in darkness, you will be radiant, as though a lamp were shining on you.”
