Who are you? Not what others have said or what roles you play, but how are you uniquely impacting the world? Identity can only be found in me. The creations meaning is found in the mind of the creator.
You are looking for identity in all the wrong environments. It is impossible to gain clarity, from people unclear in themselves. The blind cannot lead the blind. Who you are becomes clear when, who you are ‘not’ is extinguished.
Your identity has at least three components: purpose, calling and spiritual gifting. The power of an identified soul is exemplified when all three are clear and in alignment. The purpose is why you exist, the calling is the role you exist in and the spiritual gifting is what you exist to do.
Identity awareness is a threat to the evil one. Since the day you were born confusion has sought to corrupt what God made. Establishing your identity will be a fight fought on two fronts, the flesh and the spirit. Your success in both realms will determine your level of awareness and the level of anointing.
