The anointing needed for the next season will fall, once you step into it. You can only become a master when you leave apprenticeship. I understand your reservations, but I AM asking you to trust the ME, inside you.
When your season has expired, is it time to move. What I did there was Holy, but you must learn the difference between a Holy thing and the source of all Holiness. Move with MY holiness.
The resources for the next season of your life are contained within that season. The finances, the energy, the master plan, the people, the new information and the grace you need are waiting in the next season.
Have courage and move into the next phase with confidence. I AM the God of your past and your future Glory. Embrace this new season and let the old manna go. What you need, I have obligated MYSELF to fulfill.
