Peace is a choice, you can reside in it despite your circumstances. Peace is a benefit of being MY child. Resist chaos, avoid confusion and when all else fails, call on the Prince of Peace.
I make you to lie down by calm waters to be refreshed, take time daily to refresh and reflect, to surrender the cares of this world to ME. There are things within your control, that I have equipped you for and there are other things, outside that control.
Any effort placed on things beyond your control is where the anxiety begins. This is where you are operating in flesh and not spirit. You must know your limitations for the season of life you are currently in.
What was once permissive for you to do or say is now inappropriate. The way you once thought, will be a hinderance based on your current assignment. Your new freedom is the product of a new restraint.
Isaiah 9:6-7
For a child is born to us, a son is given to us. The government will rest on his shoulders. And he will be called: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. His government and its peace will never end. He will rule with fairness and justice from the throne of his ancestor David for all eternity. The passionate commitment of the LORD of Heaven’s Armies will make this happen!
