The hell you have a lived through has a purpose. It can be a beacon of light and hope. A promise rising from the ashes of pain. There are multiple answers, solutions and keys to life, hidden in your story.
Strive to be authentic and fulfilled, versus popular and happy. The accolades of men and ill-gotten pleasures will eventually fade, but who I made you to be and the contentment that flows from ME, will last forever.
It is fine, if you are reminded of what you have overcome, at times. Use these memories, as fuel, to wreak havoc on the enemies of life: defeat, darkness and depression. You can either be tormented by the past, or use your past to torment the enemy.
To a defeated mindset, remind them they can win, as you have won. To a darkened soul, illuminate their countenance by bringing to mind, my everlasting grace and mercy. To a depressed spirit, intercede on their behalf for clarity of purpose.
