#405 – When God Calls You

A leader is formed before the day of leading, a title does not make you a leader and leadership is a calling. It is achieved through a select process of bumps and bruises.

When God calls you, each situation faced next is dedicated to quantifying and qualifying that call. The good and the bad, that follow is preparation for the call resting on your shoulders.

The person called is more important than the calling and both are subject to the caller, which is GOD. If the calling is greater than souls or ‘the called’, loose humility, the calling is compromised.

As you lead, lead from the front, from the front of the pack, the front of your heart and from the front of your mind. Lead with all of your bests, the best of thoughts, the best of intents and the best of strategies.

1 Corinthians 1:26-27
For consider your calling, brothers: not many of you were wise according to worldly standards, not many were powerful, not many were of noble birth. But God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong.
