Struggles are a constant and challenging situations will always arise. A hard thing, in opposition, to your next season is to be expected. As the struggles, challenges and hard things become realities, know that MY grace covers it all and MY presence is guaranteed.
What you protect under duress, matters. The pressure is useful in revealing your true priorities. Who you defend in a crisis and what you protect in an attack, makes known what you love and who you value.
Fools value things, but wisemen value people. A fool defends his pride and ego, but a wiseman secures his covenants and his character. A wise man wastes no time in defending replaceable things, he is willing to die for the indispensable.
The enemy is not after things, but your very life. Since, God has placed a hedge of protection around you, the adversary must settle for the next best thing, your peace. The enemy is targeting your peace, Do not hand it to him.
Romans 8:5-6
Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace.
