Anger is the easy thing, but peace is the hard thing. This is a certainty, because men choose anger over peace. If peace was easily accessible, anger and the weight it holds, could never prevail.
The right thing to do and the hard thing to do are twins in the same womb. One cannot be had without the other, because they share the same space. In choosing what is right, you have also, chosen what is hard.
Lay your ego aside and reach for the hard thing, because inside of the hard thing is also the right thing. This is why men fail, the right thing is the key, that unlocks the next level for your life.
Shift your attitude and see the hard thing not as optional, but as an obligation to those who seek MY face. The choosing does not become easier. What will you serve, the hard things, that are holy or the easy things, that appease the flesh?
James 1:19-20
My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires.
