If the power of becoming who I am is in the process of extinguishing, what I am not. Then the feelings of embarrassment, shame and looking foolish in the eyes of other people are key components of that journey.
The control these three have over me is a problem and must be remedied.
The fear of wasting time, energy and money. The hurt of seemingly failing, while surrounded by others experiencing success is by design and represents the small battles in a war. When my internal views of self are fortified, then an external view of me is mere data, that I can accept or refuse.
The constant second guessing of decisions and self doubt are the emotions, feelings and the psychologically hurdles, that every soul must encounter and defend in the progression, to becoming whole.
The various challenges that manifest in my heart as worry, fear, anxiety, jealousy, confusion, doubt, intimidation, rage, disgust or annoyance are the indicators of my growth. These are the individual enemies to my divine identity and the eternal purposes for my existence.
Ephesians 3:14-19
For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, that according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
