There are many right people inside an early grave. It was more important to them to prove a particular point, then to forgive. They chose to hold onto anger, bitterness and resentment.
They were right according to rules of this world and the letter of the law, but unfortunately missed the purpose of the law. The law cannot be lived and all fall short, making way for a savior.
The purpose of the law is to show that grace is the only viable way. You have the right to be angry and the pain you have experienced is immense, but this place of pain is designed to be temporary.
As you walk through the valley of the shadows of death, remember that pain is not your destination, but a short term training exercise for development of MY Kingdom. The pain is not permanent.
1 Corinthians 13:1-3
If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing.
