If you are looking for fairness, it may never be found. There will always be injustices in the world, to which, you may be on the receiving end. Though it is difficult and overwhelming, this is the proving ground.
Here is a inconvenient truth, it feels personal due to a perspective borne from a victims mindset. Have you missed the potential in the situation? Could it be viewed as an opportunity or just as a personal attack?
The answer lies in your healing and in your personal growth. It is easy to blame the culture or the powers that be, but much more difficult to take ownership and to use the experience to develop, a better version of who you are.
The person that can accept the seen, for what it is, but place their trust in the unseen is whole. A wise man looks beyond, to the end of an offense. Only those, that can take disadvantages and convert to complete advantages are fit for service in MY Kingdom.
Colossians 3:23-24
Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.
