What is popular among men does not equal powerful. This will be a constant battle inside your heart, to chase the affirmations of the flesh or to be content with real affirmation, from MY Spirit.
The pressure to conform to limiting standards of success is a constant. Even Adam was convinced that MY Word was not enough. He was persuaded was Eve, the serpent and his own curiosity to sin.
Adam’s sin was not in eating the forbidden fruit, but in accepting another’s word over MY Word. Adam placed his trust in an alternate authority, though Adam knew better. He trusted himself more than ME.
This is the same distraction causing men to fail to this day. Placing time, energy and trust in what benefits the flesh, while ignoring what is best for them in Spirit. MY Word is best for you and this will always be.
Isaiah 55:11
So shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.
