Stick to the principles, remain in truth and the overwhelming feelings will pass. Focus on the indelible, focus on what I have said and focus on what you know. In this is the liberty and in this is the power, that will sustain you.
What is right will always rise to the top and what is truth, always outlasts the lies. Err on the side of truth, place your bets on the everlasting and refuse to accept what is temporary, as permanent. Live past this moment.
Pay attention to your heart, while it is overwhelmed and it will give insights into the growth you need. The thoughts and behaviors under duress are indicators of a spiritual maturity, that cannot be manipulated.
This is the real prize, to find a place where growth is needed and to accept it as so. To be given a chance to grow within a moment and learn a lesson that can never be lost. Do not pay the price for the lesson and leave without your prize.
