You are covered and you are seen, by the one that sees all and knows all. Rest, in that, I have gone before, to make a way. Peace is flowing and an everlasting love abounds. I AM in every tear and deep inside, even the most painful moments.
Consider the birds, have I fed them? Do I take care of them? Do they worry, but not one carries MY Spirit. I know what you want and know what you need. This is the confusion, I AM sending you on a path, to distinguish one from the other.
What I send out will always return to ME in order, in full and increased. All that has been placed in you is a deposit, it will incubate for a while and I will reap a dividend. MY harvests are guaranteed. You are covered and you are seen.
Let the tears flow and the anxiety will be washed away. A valley is required for a mountain to stand tall. Face your valleys and the peaks will be yours. I AM in you, above you and under you, not just your high points, but also the lows.

Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life? And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin, yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these
