The most dangerous man in the world is one that carries an anointing and does not know why. When the purpose is misunderstood it is mishandled. To use your gifts in error causes hurt and harm, instead of building, you are destroying.
An anointed fool is more concerning than an enemy combatant set against you. The enemy is calculated and deliberate having one focus. The foolish person is unpredictable and can unintentionally destroy a masterpiece.
The vulnerable underbelly of every gift is using it outside of context, using it to build reputations, statuses or wealth are meaningless. It is like taking the finest pearls and placing them around the neck of a pig.
A pure gold brick used as an anchor is functional, but hardly practical. It will do the job, but the work is far below, the value contained within the brick. The full worth of the gold is missed due to a lack of awareness.
Revelations 3:17-18
For you say, I am rich, I have prospered, and I need nothing, not realizing that you are wretched, pitiable, poor, blind, and naked. I counsel you to buy from me gold refined by fire, so that you may be rich, and white garments so that you may clothe yourself and the shame of your nakedness may not be seen, and salve to anoint your eyes, so that you may see.
