Trust ME and everything will fall into place. Give me your worries in exchange for MY peace. The burden is not yours to carry and the yoke is not yours to break. I will carry your burdens and I will destroy the yokes.
In this moment you may feel overwhelmed and the easy answer is to quit, to walk away from things that have taken blood, sweat, tears and many years to build. You have heard right, but interpreted it wrong.
It is time for something new, but it will be a continuation, the next iteration and the next version of what I have predestined for you become. It will build on the experience and sacrifices you have already made.
It is time to go from the player to the coach, from the manager to the mentor and from the one that touches everything, to the one that teaches what he knows. You have followed, Joshua, but it is now, your time to lead.
Numbers 27:18-20
So the Lord said to Moses, “Take Joshua son of Nun, a man in whom is the spirit of leadership, a and lay your hand on him. Have him stand before Eleazar the priest and the entire assembly and commission him in their presence. Give him some of your authority so the whole Israelite community will obey him.
