When you move strategically in ME, the enemy will respond. As purpose is revealed and each assignment draws you closer to MY designated end, the warfare will intensify. You have become a danger.
You have entered into the enemy’s territory. This next assignment has made you a viable threat to the kingdom of darkness. His attack confirms your potency and your significance.
The enemy’s goal is to convince you to quit. He wants to place enough roadblocks in your path, that discouragement takes over. If he can cause doubt, confusion and sabotage from within, then the work of stopping you is self imposed.
The battlefield is your mind, the war will be fought within your emotions, your thoughts and your will. The enemy will manifest in the form of your failures, hurts and embarrassments. He will attempt to persuade you to live in your past pains.
2 Timothy 4:16-18
At my first defense no man came with me, but all forsook me. May it not be reckoned to them. But the Lord stood by me and strengthened me, so that through me the sacred message might be brought to fullness, and all the Gentiles might hear. And I was rescued out of the mouth of the lion. And the Lord will rescue me from every evil work, and will save me for his heavenly kingdom, to whom is the glory into the ages of the ages. Truly.
