#659 – A Place, A Function and a Use

The words can be right, but each can be said in the wrong way. There is a rightness and a way of seeing things, that is orderly and precise, but it overwhelms and becomes a burden to you and those around you.

To operate on a high level of mastery is desired and to move in a precise way is admired, but everything has a place, a function and a use. When the purpose of the mastery is unclear, the abuse will follow.

Have you become so dedicated to excellence and such a master craftsmen, that you have alienated those who stand to benefit, from your efforts. They love you, for what you do and but hate how you do it.

For centuries men have made idols of the place, the process or the power in a season, not recognizing, that the purpose in the end is what matters. When MY purposes are lost, then another god is raised.

Colossians 3:23-24
And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ.
