In the center of it all is your heart. From it will flow goodness, but also pain. What allows your heart to be free is the ability to forgive. In your heart you must stand, forgive and repent.
The most dangerous thing is an unbridled heart, a heart that has no restraint and a heart that erupts out of emotion. Though it may be fragile, the heart is bold in its declarations.
Fix the heart and you fix the mind. Fix the heart and you fix the body. Everything begins and ends in the heart. It is in the heart, that MY work is done, that peace resides and where the evidence of restoration is exhibited.
Whatever fills the heart is what pours out: the pain, fear, loss, peace, joy or understanding. It is all in the heart. This is where your restoration will either begin or come to an end.
Proverbs 4:23
Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.
