Innovation is usually contrarian to established internal beliefs. The initial response to new ideas is typically fear. The fear while a trigger is also a key indicator of burgeoning growth.
In order to grow, in order to pass the test and in order to become the next version of who you are requires the fear to be embraced. There is no growth without fear. There is no transformation without pain.
Those that play it safe, conservatively sabotage their own ends, by refusing to accept new frontiers, stagnation is guaranteed. This is the fear of being afraid and petrified of being scared.
Any man, that has managed to accomplish something and face his calling, did so afraid. Fear is an enemy, that cannot be eradicated, but managed and overcome day by day.
Psalms 46:1-3
“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains
tremble at its swelling.
